turkey quesadillas

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz 1tbsp. each Cumin,chili powder and cilantroTomato Sauce, .5 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2 cup, shreddedW.Wheat Flour Tortillas, 8 tortilla(approx 6" dia) Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup Salsa, 1 cup
Directions
Brown turkey,add 1/2 cup tomato sauce THE CUMIN CHILI POWDER AND CILANTRO.simmer for 5 min. or until sauce thickens.
spread 8 tortilas out and SPRINKLE 1/2 the cheese on one side of tortilla.Place meat on top and top them all off with the remaining cheese.Fold in half.
On a griddle on high place as many torillas as you can fit leaving enough room to turn over.
when brown and cheese is melted turn over,and repeat.
remove...pile on the lettuce and tomato and salsa and serve.
These are also GREAT without the toppings and held in your hand.
