Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded into large pieces2 medium avocados, diced1 T + 1 T fresh squeezed lime juicesalt, to taste (I didn't use too much salt because you can always add more at the table.)1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro (or chop it more coarsely if you prefer)2 T mayo or light mayo
Directions
Either boil your chicken or put it in a slow cooker until is falls off the bone. Shred it (should make 2cups) and put aside.

Next, chop your green onion and cilantro. Dice the avocado and mix 1T of lime juice with it. Then mix mayo and 1 T of lime juice.

Combine onion, chicken, and mayo mixture together. Add cilantro and avocado and gently mix.

Serve right away or chilled.
