Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 cups fresh raspberries1 tbsp fresh lemon juice1 tbsp red wine vinegar2 tsp dry mustard1/3 c. olive oil.
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients into blender and mix well. Slowly pour in olive oil and mix till well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Makes about 3/4 cup or 6 - 2tbsp servings.
