Sante Fe Rice and Beans with Ground Chicken

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey2 cups cooked white rice1 - 15 ounce can of beans (kidney, pinto OR black)1 can kernal corn - drained1 - 10 ounce can diced Mexican-style tomatoes1 cup Pace chunky salsa - mild1 cup sour cream2 cups shredded cheese - divided into 21 can green chill
Directions
Fry ground turkey and onions.

Add all ingredients together except for 1 cup of grated cheese. Put in a roaster or large casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
