Crock Pot Italian Sausage and Rice

1 can petite diced tomatoes1 small can tomato sauceI package mild italian sausage links raw - cut into 1 inch sections1 bag white rice4 cups water1 cup chopped onion1.5 cup chopped celery2 cups finely chopped spinach2 tsp italian seasoning2 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning3 minced cloves of galic1 tsp salt (optional)
Spray slow cooker with Pam. Add in tomatoes, water, and tomato sauce. Add in all of the other ingredients. Stir lightly. Cook on high for 4 hours, checking occasionally in the last two hours to see if water needs to be added for the rice.
