Ingredients
The Batter:3/4 c flour3/4 c sugar1/4 tsp salt1/2 c butter, softened2 eggs2 Tbs lemon zest2 Tbs lemon juiceThe glaze:1 c powdered sugar4 Tbs lemon juice
Directions
In a bowl, beat the flour, sugar, salt and butter. in a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, lemon zest and lemon juice. add to flour mixture and beat until creamy. Pour into greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 23-35 minutes. Cool completely before glazing.
