Fafnir Pembroke's Pork Pot

Pork Tenderloin, 1 piecePotato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 3 cupKikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 4 tbspCinnamon, ground, .5 tspOnion powder, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashGarlic, 2 tbspWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub and cut into eighths the potatoes; place around pork.
Add Teriyaki sauce.
Season with onion powder, cinnamon and black pepper.
Drain and add green beans.
Add garlic.
Cover and set on Low.
To serve, break up pork into chunks.
