Ingredients
6 cups (1 sm head) Cauliflower, cooked3/4 C. chopped Onions1 Anaheim pepper chopped2 slices Butterball" Turkey Bacon Chopped4 TBS Land O Lakes FF Half & Half1.5 tsp Kernel Season's Parmesan & Garlic seasoning3 c. Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free3 c. Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Steam cauliflower. In sauce pan, saute bacon, onion, and pepper. Add chopped mushrooms. Cream cooked cauliflower with the half & half and chicken broth. Add to the pot. Bring to a simmer. It is ready to eat.
