Low fat enchilada's (WW 7pt each)

Ingredients
*Chicken, half rotisserie (1 serving = 1/2 chicken), 2 serving Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) Colby Cheese, 2.5 cup, diced *diced green chilies, 1 can, 4 oz *carb balance tortilla (1 tortilla), 10 serving *Sauce - Enchilada Sauce-Old El Paso, 2.5 cup (1 large can)**Note: makes 10 but tortilla's come in an 8pk
Directions
pull chicken off bone, in a bowl mix chicken, cream of chicken soup WITH NO WATER, 1 cup cheese, chilies. Mix together and fill tortilla's with 1/3 cup of mixture, fold and put in nonstick pan. Once all tortilla's are filled and in pan, pour enchilada sauce all over top and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30min-45min on 350.
