Virtually No-Carb Protein Pancake

1 tbsp protein powder of choice (calculated with Bluebonnet Mixed Berry whey)1/2 tbsp psyllium husks3 tbsp liquid egg white or egg substitutesweetener to taste (I use Berry stevia with berry whey, vanilla with vanilla, etc to enhance flavor)
Whisk ingredients together until relatively smooth (get lumps as small as possible, but they won't entirely go away). Meanwhile preheat a small skillet to medium and spray with nonstick spray. Pour batter on and let cook for about 2 minutes before flipping; brown evenly on both sides (try not to overcook or else it will get tough in texture). Enjoy!
