Steak Tacos and "Refritos"

Ingredients
*7oz Flat Iron Steak, 2 serving (remove) *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup (remove) Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 6 oz (remove) Bimbo Medium - Soft Taco Size Flour Tortilla, 6 serving (remove) Salsa, .5 cup (remove) *Avocado Slice, 3 serving (remove) Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove) Garlic, 2 clove (remove) Beans, black, 2 cup (remove) Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove) *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove) Newman's Own Mesquite with Lime Marinade, 1 Tbsp, 8 serving (remove) Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
Directions
Marinate flat iron steak in dressing for at least 1 hour. Grill until done. Chop all veggies for toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, avocado) and shred cheese. While steak is grilling, saute onion, jalapeno and garlic in butter. Add black beans and heat until warm. Mash beans and mix well. Add cumin and salt to taste.

Serve steak on flour tortilla with toppings and beans.
