Chia Mango Coconut Pudding

Ingredients
1. 1 tbsp Chia Seeds2. 1/3 cup Mangoes, diced3. 1/2 tbsp Coconut, shredded4. 1/4 cup Coconut Milk (I used Silk)5. 1/4 cup Almond Milk (again, I used Silk)
Directions
1. Mix together all ingredients.
2. Set aside in fridge overnight. The Chia seeds will gel into a tapioca-like pudding.

Serving Size: Makes a mug-full, single serving
