Light Garden Fresh Macaroni salad

1 cup plain notfat Greek yogurt4 cups elbow macaroni (cooked)1 cucumber2 roma tomatos4 baby carrotsOne fresh banana pepper6 fresh basil leaves, 1/8 cup fresh cilantro1 fresh cinnamon basil leaf(optional) 8 oz grilled chicken Breast*
- Prepare 4 cups of cooked macaroni
- dice cucumber
- dice tomatos
- chop carrots banana pepper, basil, cilantro and cinnamon basil in food processor (or Vitamix!)
- Mix all ingrediants in a bowl, stir in greek yogurt.
Chill and serve.
Can add grilled chicken breast for an main course meal.
