Ingredients
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup *Corn Oil, .25 cup Apple Sauce .25 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup *Flour, white, 1.5 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Allspice, .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Raisins, .5 cup, packed Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 350

In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil and pumpkin

In a medium bowl, mix together remaining ingredients

Fold into pumpkin mixture jusst enough to combine

Pour into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan

Bake 50-60 minutes until cake tester comes out clean

Let cool 15 minutes or so before removing from pan.
