    1 1-oz. Box Instant Pistachio Pudding, Sugar-Free
1 8-oz Tub Cool Whip Lite, Thawed

This is such a favorite for my family-- and is so easy to make!
However, I never rinse the marshmallows and my dish turns out great. I use sugar free cool whip, about three cups of mini marshmallows for the recipe. Also, I use pineapple tidbits with the juice of the can. Refrigrate overnite.

  • I used a different pudding because I hate pistachio and it was okay. A little too sweet. Next time I will use less chemical whip - 6/28/17

We have this with at least 3 family holidays a year. My Mom started making it about 35 years ago, but we put diced up apples in it also. - 5/21/09
