Lime Chicken with Rice

Ingredients
4 bone-in skinless chicken thighs1/4 cup lime juice1 1/2 cups chicken broth2 cloves garlic, finely chopped1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves1/4 teaspoon pepper2 tablespoons butter or margerine1 cup uncooked instant brown rice
Directions
1. Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add chicken and ramaining ingredients except rice.

2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8-10 hours or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (180 F). During last 15 minutes of cooking, stir in rice.

3. Remove chicken from slow cooker. Place cooked rice on each serving plate; top with chicken. Spoon any remaining juices over chicken.
