Ingredients
Corndiced potatoessofritotomato sauceGoya discOlive oil - to be added to the meat for cookingCanola oil is for frying empanadas in your skillet.
Directions
Cut up meat, potatoes.
Place all ingredients together in Deep pan for 20-30 minutes. The longer the more tender the meat and potatoes will be.

Once cooked. Heat up oil in frying pan.

Take one disc and put 1 - 2 spoons of meat filling into the disc. Fold over the disk and close by indenting a fork on the ends.
