Alcohol-Free Mojitos

Ingredients
2 C. Water1 1/2 C. Splenda2 C. Mint Leaves, Chopped2 C. Lime Sherbet, Softened1 C. Lime Juice1 C. Water8 C. Club SodaLime Slices for Garnish
Directions
1. Combine 2 C. water & the splenda in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave on High for 5 min. Stir the mint into the water; let stand for 5 min. Strain & discard the mint leaves from the syrup; set aside.
2. Stir the lime sherbet, lime juice, & 1 C. water together in a large pitcher until well combined. Pour the mint-infused syrup into the mixture. Add club soda & stir. Serve over ice. Garnish with lime slices.
