Spinach Mushroom Stuffing and/or Spinach Burger Mix

Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Cottage Cheese 4% milkfat, 0.5 cup egg white, fresh, 2 large Egg, fresh, 1 smallBread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Blue Cheese, 2 oz Garlic Cloves, 3 MincedOnion, 2 thick slices chopped
Mix everything together and stuff into mushrooms or measure into desired spinach burger size. Burgers can be cooked in pan (til browned then flip) or baked in oven about 10 minutes each side (flip).
I usually make both stuffed mushrooms & pre-make the burgers for the week. Can make up to 2 packages of medium sized mushrooms and about Six 1/4 Cup sized spinach burgers. About a 1/4 Cup goes into about 4 mushrooms.
