1 cup wheat flour3/4 cup milk (i used 1%)2 Tbsp applesauce1 Tbsp baking powder1 egg
Directions
sift flour and baking powder
mix milk and applesauce and egg
combine and wisk
pour 3 Tbsp batter on to heated and sprayed griddle

Serving Size: makes 12-14 pancakes 3 Tbsp batter each
