Carob mousse

Ingredients
15 oz silken tofu1/4 cup soymilk1 1/2 T carob powderscant 1/3 cup sugar in the raw1/2 t. vanilla
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process till smooth. pour into containers and chill before eating.
