Avacado Cilantro Buttermilk Salsa/Dressing

Ingredients
4 med Tomatillo's chopped4 med Tomato's chopped1/2 cup Cilantro chopped1 med Avacado chopped4 med Scallions or Green Onions chopped3 Cloves Garlic chopped1 Lime - use both Juice & Zest 1 cup LowFat ButtermilkSalt & Pepper to taste (Recipe has 1 tsp each in the nutritional info)
Directions
Chop and Mix 1st 6 ingredients

Wash Lime. Roll lime with hands to warm up. Zest and then cut lime in 1/2 and squeeze in juice. Careful of any seeds.

Mix in Buttermilk, S & P and any other spices. (sometimes I add in Italian seasoning or random spices from cabinet)

Chill in fridge for 30mins or over night. Serve. Keeps for about a week in the fridge.
