Simple Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts1 Stalk Celery1 Onion, quartered1 C. Celery, diced1/2 C. Mayonnaise2 T. Lemon JuiceSalt and Pepper (to taste)1 T. Fresh Parsley1 t. Dill Weed
Directions
1. Combine chicken breasts, celery stalk (not the diced celery), and onion in a saucepan, cover with water. Boil 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
2. Drain chicken, discard vegetables. Allow chicken to cool.
3. Chop chicken in food processor, then combine with other ingredients.
4. Chill in refridgerator.
