Ingredients
Notes:I used chicken wings 4 lbs fresh with skin. I used a whole jar of home made jam, one cup of red rooster sauce, but had wayy too much sauce! So i halved the sauce ingredients, which brings each serving to 200 Kcal.
Directions
Salt and pepper the wings, place on pre heated grill at med high for 25 to 30 minutes until juices run clear. turning twice during cooking. prepare the sauce into a large bowl, reserve some of sauce for dipping.
take wings direcctly from grill and place into bowl coating each wing with sauce. Place wings back on grill for 3 to 5 minutes longer to desired color.

These wings will not last long.
