Lowfat Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
All-purpose Flour, 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, .75 cup Sugar, .25 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed Applesauce, unsweetened, .33 cup Egg white, fresh, 2 large Egg, fresh, 1 large Chocolate Chips, 4 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease loaf pan.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until flour mixture is just moistened.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack before slicing.

Serving Size: makes 1 loaf, 16 slices
