Ingredients
1 cup white flour180ml tap water1 fresh medium egg
Directions
mix all ingredients together well using hand whisker or electric mixer. add a little sunflower oil in the pan, when hot, put one ladle of pancake mixture to the pan. turn over after a min or two. take out. spread with jam, lemon and sugar, chocolate or fresh fruit only. the choice is yours.
