four cobs of sweet corn1/3 cup of lentils cooked til tenderExtra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp3-4 tbs fresh basil1 small red tomato chopped1/2 tsp saltcider vinegar 1-2 tbsp.
Directions
cook lentils til just tender. Mix all ingredients and chill.
