Simple Vegan Protein Pancakes

-1 tbsp psyllium husks, whole-1 scoop vegan protein powder-1 1/2 tsp ener-g egg replacer mixed with water-1/4 cup water, vegan milk of choice or other liquid i.e. juice, sf syrup
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all in a bowl
2. Spray pan lightly with PAM. Make sure it�s on medium heat.
3. Flip when no longer runny (wait about 30-40 sec)
**may need to continue flipping for a while. These require MORE time on the skillet (probably due to their eggless-ness) or otherwise will be VERY soft, so make sure they get cooked to your liking!
