2 Oz. Cabbage1 Oz. Iceberg Lettuce1/4 Oz. Onion1 Oz. Hard Boiled Egg1 Oz. Avocado1 Oz. Grape Tomato4 Oz. Grilled Pork Shoulder
Slow roast Pork Shoulder on rotisserie until 170 degrees internal temp. Chop all veggies and egg. Slice pork and add to top of salad. Apply your favorite dressing.
