Baked Buffalo Ranch Chicken Tenders

16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips1 c nonfat milk and 1 T vinegar or 1 c buttermilk2-3 T buffalo wing sauce, or to taste1 T dry ranch seasoning1 T dry buffalo seasoning1/2 c bread crumbs1/4 c parmesan cheese
Combine milk and vinegar, let sit 5 minutes. Place chicken in a ziploc bag or tupperware container. Pour milk/vinegar mixture or buttermilk over top and mix in buffalo sauce. Let marinate 2-4 hours.
Combine bread crumbs, dry seasonings, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Dip chicken strips into mixture and place on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. (Discard leftover marinade.) Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through, flipping once in the middle.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
