Wheat Bread

Ingredients
Add 6 cups water to Bosch or bread mixer.Add 2/3 c honey. 2/3 c oil. 2 TBLS salt. Slowly add 4 heaping TBLS gluten and 1 c powdered milk.Then add yeast. Let dissolve. Then slowly add wheat flour and white flour until not too sticky to handle. Put dough in 6 pans and let raise until doubled. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
