Grilled Citrus Marinated Chicken Thighs

1.5 lb boneless chicken thighsorangelemonlimeEVOOthyme sprigssaltpepperOld Bay
Mix 1/4 cup of EVOO, zested lemon, zested lime, zested orange, juice squeezed from all three, salt, pepper, and Old Bay in a large baking dish. Add in the thyme.
Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and Old Bay
Place the thighs in a single layer in the baking dish. Turn them a few times to soak up the marinade. Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Pre-heat a grill to Medium-High heat. Once grill is good and hot, allow pieces to drip excess marinade back into the baking dish, then place on the grill.
Grill, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
Serving Size: Makes 6 chicken thighs
