Blueberry Watercress Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup chopped watercress1/2 cup frozen blueberries1 peeled kiwi fruit1 cup chopped spinach1 tsp chia seedCold water as necessary
Directions
Add the ingredients as ordered (layering the fruit between the greens and then topping off with water). This should help prevent stuff from getting stuck or frozen to the bottom of the blender.
Blend until it is a delightfully ugly color. Drink that mo-fo.
