Gluten/Sugar Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 ripe banana (100g) 60g almond flour 20g coconut flour 16g Truvia (Stevia sweetener)1 large egg (50g) 30g (3tbsp) melted butter 40g (5/8 cup) milk 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp vanilla extract30g (1/4 cup) chopped walnutspinch of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.

Mash bananas in a mixing bowl with a fork. Add egg, butter, and butter. Combine thoroughly. Add flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add pinch of salt if using unsalted butter. Mix until just combined. Add chopped walnuts last.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick pulls out clean.
