Garlic soup with almond flour

Ingredients
6 slices french or dense white bread3/4 cup almond meal (B0b's)3-4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped1/2 cup extra virgin oilive oil1/3 cup sherry or white wine vinegar1 can vegetable stock seedless grapes or apples slices for garnish and croutons
Directions
Soak the bread in cold water, then squeeze our liquid. Place almond meal and garlic in a food processor or blender, add wet bread and process until smooth. Add oil and continue processing. Add sherry or vinegar and the vergetable stock. Blend until smooth. Season with coarse salt to taste. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Add stock to thin if necessary. Garnish with grapes or apple slices and croutons.
