Easy Strawberry Sorbet
- Minutes to Cook:
- Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
Directions
1 cup Almond Milk (I used Blue Diamond's original flavor)12 oz whole frozen strawberries (organic if you can)1 tbsp all natural honey
Add frozen strawberries, half of the Almond Milk and tbsp of honey to your blender.
Blend on pulse mode until majority of the strawberries are in a 'shaved ice' texture.
Push any strawberries stuck on the side of the blender down towards the blades.
Add second half of almond milk and blend on medium speed. You may have to push the sides down a few more times to ensure all items are blended well together.
Once everything is blended to a smooth sorbet consistency, scoop out of the blender into your serving cups and enjoy your low-fat, delicious treat!
Serving Size: makes 4 1-cup servings
