Baked ginger tofu

Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm, 1 block (remove) *Soy Sauce, 0.5 cup (remove) Garlic, 1 clove (remove) Sesame Oil, 0.5 tbsp (remove) Ginger Root, 4 tsp (remove) Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Marinate sliced tofu in the sauce. Then put tofu slices on baking sheet and bake on low for a long time. Around 200/250 for 3 hours. Hotter is you have less time but longer/lower gives a better texture. Use the rest of the marinade as a stir fry sauce for veggies to go with it.
