Vegan Cornbread

Ingredients
1 Cup All Purpose Flour1 1/2 Cups Yellow Cornmeal1 Tablespoon Baking Powder1 Teaspoon Baking Soda1/4 Cup Brown Sugar1/2 Teaspoon Salt2 Tablespoons Cornstarch1/2 Cup Olive Oil1 1/2 Cups Soymilk1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly before adding oil and soy milk. Stir wet and dry ingredients together until combined, but do not over mix!
pour into a greased rectangular baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
