Ingredients: *Sooji, 2 cup (remove) *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove) Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove) *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) Salt, 1 tbsp (remove) Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Serrano Peppers, 4 pepper (remove) Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp (remove) *Urad Dal, 1 cup (remove) Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Heat a big pan add oil
add mustard seed and urad, serranos, ginger, curry leaves.
add onions saute
add salt, tomatoes saute
add sooji mix well
add hot water..stir
add cilantro
cover let rest foe 5 min..enjoy!
