grilled vegetables - onions, peppers, zuchini

Ingredients
2 Small zucchini's - approx 2 cups sliced2 large onions sliced2 bell peppers sliced1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp ground ginger2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Slice vegetables for grilling, i.e. large slices - keep onion slices whole, and make pepper rings. Soak vegetables in ice water with a dash of salt prior to grilling (the longer they soak, the crispier the vegetables will remain through the grilling process).

Make up grilling sauce - mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and oil. This sauce will be drizzled on the vegetables during the grilling process.

Grill on a hot grill to get grill lines and serve.
