Joy's Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
4 large Egg Yolks1 Tbsp Lemon Juice1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce6 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan on low heat
In a bowl mix together the egg yolks, lemon juice, and worcestershire until well mixed
Add yolk mixture to pan with olive oil, stirring with a whisk
Continually stir with whisk, on low heat, for approximately 5 minutes (to desired thickness)
Remove sauce from heat and serve immediately

Serving Size: Makes approx 5 Tbsp servings
