1 tenderflake deep dish frozen pie shell375 ml pure canned pumpkin (half can)3/4 cup evaporated milk3/4 cup granulated splenda1/4 cup maple syrup2 large eggs1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp ginger1/4 tsp salt
beat eggs, mix in pumpkin, salt, sugar and spices until combined. blend in milk. pour in shell. bake at 425 for 15 min. reduce heat to 350 for another 35 min.
