preheat oven to 400. line baking sheet with parchment paper. mix dry ingred in large bowl. cut in COLD coconut oil until crumbly. set in fridge 10 minutes. in med bowl whisk eggwhites till frothy. fold eggwhites into chilled flour mixture. scoop 1/4 c of dough onto sheet and smooth top to form biscuit. bake 15-18 minutes until tops are golden brown. serve warm of store in fridge in airtight container.
