Easy Olive Oil Tortillas

Ingredients
2-3 cups flour1/2 tsp salt3 tbsp olive oil1 cup water
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Add oil and water, stir to form dough. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky. Turn out on floured surface and knead 5-10 times until elastic. Cut into 8 blobs, roll into flat ~7-inch circles. Heat in an ungreased nonstick skillet for 1 minute each side or until freckles appear. Serve warm or freeze for later.
