5 oz Fresh/Frozen Spinach1 Banana1 cup frozen blueberries1/4 or less of sliced almonds1/2 cup whole rolled oats1 tsp of flax seeds1/2 cup almond or soy milkhandful of ice

Combine ingredients in Blendtec similar blender and set to Smoothie.
