1 Banana1/4 Cup whole oats1/2 tbsp unsweetend cocoa powder1 pinch of Flax Seeds1 pinch of Sliced Raw Almonds1/2 cup of Soy Milk or Almond Milk
Directions
Combined ingredients into High-Speed Blender. For Blendtec choose 'Ice Milkshake'. Other blenders you may need to run the flax, almonds and oats through a food processor first.
