6 carrots (ends cut off; don't need to peel)1 apple (cut out core; don't need to peel)1 ginger (use 1 inch slice; don't forget to peel)
Directions
Peel ginger root and th add 1 inch slice to juicer, add one seedless apple, and add 6 carrots with ends cut off. Enjoy. :)
