*Thai Rice Stick Noodles (PC Brand - 1/3 of bag), 3 serving *Carrots, Matchstick, Bolthouse Farms, 6 oz Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) *Snap peas, 1 cup *Asian Sesame salad dressing, Kraft, 1 Tbsp, 15 serving Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp Lime Juice, 1 fl oz Ginger Root, 3 tsp salt, hot sauce and pepper flakes to taste
Cook package of rice noodles according to instructions.
chop veggies and put in bowl.
Add cooled and rinsed noodles.
Add dressings, toss and season to taste.
chill and serve.
