Jill's Vegan Chili

Ingredients
1/2 6 oz. can Tomato Paste3 cups frozen Yellow Corn4 cloves Garlic, minced5 tbsp Chili Powder4 tsp Ground Cumin1 tbsp Olive Oil1 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper1 cup chopped Yellow Onion6 cans Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed2 cans Tomatoes, diced and with juice
Directions
Sautee garlic and onion in olive oil until onions become translucent.
Add all other ingredients, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
This recipe is very flexible; you can adjust the ingredients and seasonings to your family's taste.
I would say a serving size would probably be one cup?
