Ingredients
barley, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mint leaves, dill weed, tomatoes, salt, pepper
Directions
toss cooked and cooled barley in a large bowl with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Add chopped mint and dill. the more finely chopped, the easier it is to eat. Add tomatos and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss gently and let rest for about 1 hour for flavor blending, serve alone or with falafel and pita.
